Picture yourself relaxing in our ocean view restaurant sipping a cocktail & refreshments while Chef Stephen demonstrates the preparation of each dish on his lavish 6-course class menu.

The experience is delicious, easy going, comfortable. Each regional class presents savory dishes prepared from fresh, seasonal ingredients. You'll learn new recipes & techniques, taste dishes in progress, enjoy a lavish lunch, & receive a full set of recipes so you can wow your friends & family at home..
